Bloomberg news considered Pincus as the Godfather in the Silicon Valley version of Mafia Wars. In his words about the gaming network that he had created, “I was after this dream of starting an internet treasure. An internet treasure is a service that you can remember life before and you can’t imagine life without it.”

In pursuing the next big thing in Silicon Valley, anyone striving to make it big wants the approval of Reid Hoffman, the founder of LinkedIn and an angel investor to several start-ups like Facebook, Zynga, Airbnb, Flickr, Groupon, Digg and Shopkick. He also served as a former executive of Paypal and worked in the early 1990s at Apple Computers. Mark Cuban is an entrepreneur that never calls for time out, working 24/7 to run his businesses that include Dallas Mavericks, AXS TV, Landmark Theaters, and Magnolia Pictures. In his own words, “I look at a business as a sport and in football you play 60 minutes, basketball you play 48 minutes. In business its 24 by 7 by 365 and the world’s trying to kick your ass.”

Warren Buffett is the Chairman and CEO of “Berkshire Hathaway,” a multinational conglomerate holding company based in Omaha, Nebraska. Buffett has been called the “Oracle of Omaha” and “Sage of Nebraska.”

Once upon a time, neckties were boring and almost uniform. They were nothing but an arbitrary accessory to shapeless suits. Ties complete the look, but do little to improve it.
